A lot to take in but at least my spectrum is broad so I can hone in on a particular subject :)
So far these are the closest themes that are similar to my work, the reason I create the work I do. I am interested in looking more closely at Robert Smithson and his methods of creating separate yet natural forms from the landscape. As well as looking at Anselm Kiefer and his exploration of contraversal themes, pagan mythology and the philosphy of man and nature.
Nature as a whole is a subject I may explore before I choose specifically where I wish to focus. The indepth secrets, stories and mythology that is focused around organic forms fascinate me and inspire me to explore ways of creating that kind of phenomon with the mediums at my disposal.
I just need to learn to focus on one specific areas - after doing a lot of reading I am sure it will help me come up with a focused theme which I can then spend time exploring and learning more about to help me write my dissertation proposal and work on an opening plus break-down paragraphs. :)
